January is always weird; after the holidays you have to start working/studying again, and you have to try and keep your resolutions - mine aren't going so great, as always. But, I do have some favorites.
Beauty - After my first car accident, I got two stress-related blemishes. The only thing I trust is the Body Shop Tea Tree Oil (€10.00), which dries them out and makes hyper pigmentation minimal.
As part of my yearly resolutions, I will try to wear eyeshadow on an almost daily basis. However, I don't have that much time in the mornings, so I need a good tool. Enter the Sigma E35 (€16.00), the Mac 217 dupe. As it is just a bit fluffier, it is great for fast application.
Book - Favorite book of the month is The Understudy by David Nicholls. Nicholls writes in such a genuinely witty way, and his characters are so rounded and real. A definite recommendation!
Random - I love languages and learning languages. Right now I'm learning Danish, seeing as I've been obsessed with Scandinavia lately. I found this free app called Duolingo, where you can select a language you want to learn and it teaches you in a very interactive way. Så sjov!
