The Illuminating Factor

Even during winter, I like my skin to be glowy. I am not a huge fan of the matte effect: I prefer a bit of a 'healthy glow'. So today I want to list my current favorite illuminating products.
Bourjois' Happy Light Illuminating Serum Primer (£10.99) is a very multipurpose product for me. I use it on my cheekbones (all the way from the nose to the temple), on the bridge of my nose and on my forehead. Sometimes as a primer before foundation, sometimes on its own. This really gives your skin that natural glow, not shimmery at all. I have a full review on this coming up.
Yves Saint Laurent's Touche Eclat (£25.00) is probably the most famous illuminating product (I have 02 Luminous Ivory). This is high end and not essential, but it does what it says like no other. I put this in the inner corners, under/above my brows and on the top of my cheekbones. It's gorgeous.
On to another famous product: Bourjois Java Rice Powder (£9.99) is a setting powder that gives your skin a radiant finish due to the shimmer particles in the powder. I can say that I now prefer this finish for all over my face, although I still use a mattifying powder on my T-zone.
Last but not least is something I do every day: the inner corner highlight. I have tried a bunch of products, but one of my favorites is the Bourjois Little Round Pot Eyeshadow in 08 Rose Beige (£6.99). This is a mineral shadow, which makes it creamy and long-lasting.

I cannot wait for the weather to get better again so I can go all out with the shimmer. I'm a Spring girl at heart, what can I say?
