Last week was incredible. For the first time since I was 14, - which has been 10 years, *cringe* - I went skiing with my family. We went to Les Menuires, a part of Les Trois Vallées in the French Alps.
I've always loved skiing. I don't know how to explain it exactly, but it is the most liberating feeling: it's just you on the slopes, and you're in control of everything you do. Not to mention the views are simply breathtaking (the pictures don't do it justice).
Little thing to mention about skiing: when the weather is nice, your lips burn. Easily. Mine looked like I had them botoxed overboard. My savior was the Elizabeth Arden Cream. So take that with you!
I cannot wait to get back on the slopes either this year or next year. But now it's back to work until my Summer break in Athens *sad face*.
